The Northern Indiana Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure was established in August 2006,
and is one of 125 Affiliates nationwide and in Germany, Italy, and Puerto Rico.

The Komen Northern Indiana Affiliate is dedicated to our promise to save lives and end breast cancer forever
by empowering people, ensuring quality care for all, and energizing science to find the cures.
