How to Apply for Funding

Since the Northern Indiana Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure® was created in 2006, we’ve provided more than $400,000 in funds to local organizations who provide education, screening, diagnostics, treatment and services to all of those in Northern Indiana who are uninsured or underinsured .  Our goal is to achieve equal care and access to excellent breast health care for all of Northern Indiana. 

To meet this promise, we rely on the information obtained through the creation of an in-depth Community Profile to guide everything from education and outreach to grant making, strategic planning and public policy. 

If your organization meets these criteria - you are welcome to apply for a Grant in our 2011-2012 Cycle (July 1, 2011-June 30, 2012):

• A federally tax-exempt entity — nonprofit organization, government agency, educational institution or Indian tribe.
• Located in or providing services in Northern Indiana (click here for a list of counties)
• The project must be specific to breast health and/or breast cancer
